Super Salads

As we make the most of the abundant Spring/Summer produce,  many people want to learn ways to make salads the centre of the meal. We ain’t talking  no limp lettuce and watery tomatoes here! Many of our salads have up to 20 ingredients, full of nutrient dense, super nourishing goodness! We’ll be making a delicious selection and enjoying them for dinner.  PLus you'll get to take home your favourites for lunch! Dozens of recipes to try at home and we'll be making about 6 dishes, plus I might just have to add dessert!

Plant Power 101

I'm always being asked about where to start with eating plant-based. The first thing I say is that it's not a DIET! It's a way of eating that is all about ABUNDANCE rather than deprivation........ " have I been good today?" - PUH-LEASE, can we give ourselves a break already! Often it's hard to know where to start, you may be unsure about trying different ingredients, you may just be bored with your usual repertoire:  This class covers everything! Oh and we're not the least bit judgey on where you're at today. We're simply about Getting More Plant on Your Plate Mate!

*Where do I get my PROTEIN

*Can I be super fit and plant-based- really?

*Will it improve my gut health?

*Will going plant based help my (insert condition)?

*Does eating plant based mean Mung Beans (in which case I'm out)?

Cheese and Crackers

Want to know how to create your own fermented plant based cheeses? We'll explore this exciting topic and try different styles of dairy free cheese, we'll even add in some other cultured goodies such as coconut yoghurt and sour cream! You'll find out how we make our delicious crackers too, the perfect accompaniment for a tasty cheese! We'll also have a play with some goodies from the dehydrator or 'The Magic Oven' as I like to call it - as well as crackers, we'll make some pancakes and jam!

This is a jar of extreme deliciousness that you may wish to hide in a cupboard with, away from demanding children!

I LOVE the marriage of dark chocolate with the salty sweet richness of my caramel. The best thing about it is you don't get that sick feeling of had too much of a good thing after eating it - well, so far I haven't!!

Chocolate Mousse

2 Cups Cashews- Soaked

(or reduce by one cup and add flesh of 2 young Thai coconuts)

2/3 Cup Almond Milk (or coconut water if you're using the flesh above)
