As we make the most of the abundant Spring/Summer produce, many people want to learn ways to make salads the centre of the meal. We ain’t talking no limp lettuce and watery tomatoes here! Many of our salads have up to 20 ingredients, full of nutrient dense, super nourishing goodness! We’ll be making a delicious selection and enjoying them for a long lunch. Dozens of recipes to try at home and we'll be making about 6 dishes, plus I might just have to add dessert!
