Super Salads and Decadent Desserts!

This class is perfectly poised to make the most of the change in seasons! We'll be making a range of delicious, colourful and nutritious salads that will wow your guests (or make your heart happy when you open your lunch box!) AND we'll make a few amazing desserts that will please any palate and manage any gluten free/dairy free dietary issues you may have to navigate.

Here's a sample of what we'll be making:

-Kale Caesar Salad with Sunflower Dressing (this is unreal it's so delicious!!!)

-Broccoli Kale Bonanza with Christmas extras- this is one of our most popular salads at the cafe and you'll see why!

-I haven't decided on the third one yet

-We'll make some Fermented Cashew 'Cheese'

-Desserts will include 'Notella Dream Cake', Christmas Spice Slice, Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake

We'll also enjoy some Green juice and Kombucha to wash it all down and you'll get to taste some other desserts we don't make on the day, AND take home pages and pages of recipes! 


Class runs 12.00 till 3.00 approx
