Cauliflower Crunch

1 large head of Cauliflower

 

 1 Teaspoon Cumin

½ Teaspoon Tumeric

1.5 Teaspoons Cayenne

1 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes

1.5 Teaspoons Salt

6 Tablespoons melted Coconut Oil

Method:

 Break or chop the cauliflower into bite sized pieces (removing long peces of stem as these can be chewy) and place into a large bowl.

 Blend together all the spices with the coconut oil and pour the mixture over. Massage over all the cauliflower for a couple of minutes, ensuring good coverage.

Spread evenly on a teflex sheet and place in the dehydrator for 24-48 hours. You want this to be super crisy, if it's not fully dried, it will be chewy.
