So you're keen on raw but you're hankering for a hunk of bread? Your prayers have been answered. 
 
Ingredients:
1 cup ground flax seeds
1/3 cup whole flax seeds
1 onion
½ tsp salt
½ tsp veggie stock
2 cloves of garlic
2/3 cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup hemp seeds
1 cup water 
 
Method:
  1. place all ingredients in food processor and gradually add water until you achieve a dough like consistency.

Cashew Cheese—fool everyone!

Now I'd love to be all virtuous and tell you that I moved from that SAD diet years ago to one full of fruit and veg alone and never looked back. ahhhh. However, I'm a realist- I MISS CHEESE!! But not any more: this little baby will pass the tastebud test and works damn nicely with a glass of Shiraz!

Ingredients 
2 cups cashews soaked overnight
1/2  cup water ( you want as little extra moisture as you can get away with- depending on how good your blender is!) 
1 probiotic capsule

I know this guy who actually SWEARS that these taste better than potato chips with a beer! Well, one thing is for sure, they're better for the arteries!
 
Ingredients
I large bunch Kale
1 cup cashews (soaked 2hrs or more)

1 Large Red Bell Pepper, seeded and chopped
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
¼ onion
2 tsp Chipotle pepper powder
1tsp Chilli powder
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp Sea Salt or more to taste
